2. METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION

FURYA AI collects your personal data through the following methods:

  • Automatic Collection: Technical data such as IP addresses and usage data may be collected automatically during your use of the App.
  • Face Data Processing:
  • Local Processing: The raw image you upload remains on your device and is used solely for generating the processed image. It is deleted immediately after processing.
  • Server Storage: Only the AI-processed (stylized, face swapped, or outfit swapped) image is transmitted to and stored on our servers, and only when you choose to share it.

3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

For the face swap and outfit swap services, the following additional terms apply regarding the handling of images:
  • Processing and Deletion of Raw Images:
  • Images captured via the camera or uploaded from the gallery are used solely for processing (face swap or outfit swap) on your device and are immediately deleted after processing.
  • Storage and Sharing of Processed Images:
  • Processed images are stored on our servers to enhance your user experience. They will not be accessed or used by anyone other than you unless you choose to share them.
  • Sharing Process: If you choose to share a processed image, the image will be made public via a unique, hashed link.
  • User Responsibility: The responsibility for sharing the image lies entirely with you. Once shared, the recipient(s) of the link will have access to the image. You should exercise caution and discretion regarding with whom you share the link.
  • Liability: After a processed image is shared, all liability and responsibility for any consequences of that sharing rest solely with you.
  • Purpose of Storage:
  • The sole purpose of storing processed images is to improve your experience within the App. These images will not be used for commercial purposes or by anyone other than you unless explicitly shared.
  • Retention:
  • Processed images will remain stored on our servers until you decide to delete them via the App.

8. USER RIGHTS

Non-Refundable Consumable Tokens:
  • Please note that the App offers non-refundable consumable tokens. These tokens, once purchased, cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Deletion Process:
  • If you choose to delete your account, please be aware that the following data will be permanently removed from our system:
  • Your current token balance.
  • All images (both raw and processed) associated with your account.
  • Your messaging history and any other associated communication data.
  • Irreversibility:
  • Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover any of the deleted data, including your token balance, images, or messaging history. By proceeding with account deletion, you acknowledge and accept that this action is irreversible.

13. TEXT-TO-IMAGE SERVICES

Content Restrictions:
  • The Text-to-Image service is not intended to generate images depicting violence, explicit nudity, or similar mature content. In cases where such content is requested, the AI service may not produce satisfactory or expected results.
  • User Responsibility:
  • All text prompts and resulting images generated by the Text-to-Image service are the responsibility of the user. You agree that FURYA AI is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of such images, including if the content does not meet the intended guidelines.
  • License to Use Generated Images:
  • By using the Text-to-Image service, you grant FURYA AI the right to use, display, and distribute the generated images freely, including for promotional or public purposes. This right applies solely to images generated by the Text-to-Image service.
  • Disclaimer:
  • The generated images are provided for personal and creative purposes only. FURYA AI shall not be held responsible for any misuse of these images, and the responsibility for the content generated rests solely with you.
